1. Start by curling your
lashes, but not just at the roots. Instead, working from roots to tips, clamp
the curler several times along your lashes, which helps form a natural-looking
bend.
2. Brush on two coats of a
lengthening mascara, layering it on thicker at your lashes' outer corners for a
flirty, cat-eye effect.
3. Wipe off the wand with
a tissue, then comb it through your lashes one last time to separate and define
