Lucky executive fashion director Alexis Bryan Morgan grew up studying ballet—but it’s not only great posture that’s stayed with her. “I’m drawn to clothing with lots of movement in pale blushes and nudes,” she says of the iridescent silk dresses and full skirts in toe-shoe pink she’s craving this season. And though the pieces she goes for are decidedly feminine, she toughens things up with subtle hits of shine. “A shoe or clutch in a toned-down metallic keeps things interesting,” she says.
